Our national Talent Acquisition team has an opportunity for an experienced In-house Recruiter to join them on a 12-month contract. With location flexible in NSW , you will report to the Talent Acquisition Team Lead, and will be responsible for supporting our Sydney business . This opportunity will see you deliver end-to-end technical recruitment outcomes, working across a variety of internal client groups.

About You

  • Significant in-house TA experience (within the engineering/design consulting or professional services sectors)
  • Experience in deploying attraction and selection strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Acting as a trusted partner to the business using data and intelligence to inform recruitment tactics & strategies.
  • Skilled at enhancing and improving the overall candidate experience.
  • Values inclusion and knows how to attract and select candidates from a diverse group of backgrounds and in tight markets
  • An enthusiastic team player eager to be part of a successful national centre of expertise, able to engage naturally and virtually
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with change
  • Solid system (Microsoft) and ATS capabilities
  • A self-confessed brand ambassador who is eager to elevate GHD’s employment brand in the market.
