GHD Hiring for Talent Acquisition Business Partner Job at Melbourne Full Time

Our national Talent Acquisition team has an opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join on a permanent basis. With location flexible, you will report to the Talent Acquisition Team Lead and be responsible for supporting our corporate business.
Some focus areas include:
- Delivery of end-to-end full cycle recruitment including candidate screening and participating in behaviour-based interviewing.
- Assess and anticipate hiring trends and actively partner with the key internal stakeholders to continuously develop recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and pools for key identified positions whilst utilising a broad range of sourcing channels and techniques.
- Leverage GHD’s marketing and branding to support talent attraction.
- Provide training as required to Hiring Managers on all aspects of the Talent Acquisition process and GPS Talent Acquisition.
We are looking for:
- An accomplished in-house Talent Acquisition professional with experience ideally gained from working within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Credible experience in acting as a trusted advisor and using data to inform recruitment tactics & strategies to business leaders.
- Values-driven with a passion for attracting a diverse candidate management pool in a niche market.
- An enthusiastic team player eager to be part of a successful national centre of expertise.
- A self-confessed brand ambassador who is eager to elevate GHD’s employment brand in the market.
This opportunity will see you deliver end-to-end technical recruitment outcomes, working across a variety of internal client groups.
