Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing & Communications Advisor to join our close-knit Marketing & Communications team and work closely with our Portfolio Marketing Lead to support our Water, Energy and Environment Market Leaders.

In this diverse role you will:

• Support the implementation of the national marketing and communications programs and GHD’s brand and marketing processes.
• Execute specific marketing and communications programs for the Australia Business, including external and internal activities, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
• Provide advice for the successful implementation of national communications plans whilst advising on adherence with GHD’s brand and processes.
• Deliver marketing and communications outputs that are in line with key messages and branding and Tone of Voice.
• Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, website, and events to drive engagement with clients and build relationships.
• Create content for marketing communication, including advertising, social media posts, website content, thought leadership, and other marketing materials, by working with technical subject matter experts and business leaders.
• Utilise CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce) to optimise campaign and marketing outcomes.
• Work with other national marcomms team members to publish to GHD’s corporate LinkedIn channel.
• Write and review copy for internal news articles, award submissions and marketing communications.
• and provide insight on the outcomes of programs and key initiatives.

What would you bring to the team?

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree preferred (e.g. Marketing, Communication, Writing/Journalism) with sound experience in marketing and communications.
• Demonstrated experience in managing, developing and implementing fully integrated strategic communications, to advance business outcomes and goals
• Digital marketing experience (familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement platform will be highly regarded).
• Advanced skills in using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Exposure in brand governance and familiarity with Visual Identity Guidelines would be an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexibly in terms of working hours to accommodate global time zones.
• Strong communication skills, both oral, written & visual.
