RESPONSIBILITES

· The logistics coordinator has direct responsibility for the optimization of all orders and routes.

· The logistics coordinator is responsible for the route system optimization for commercial roll-off, portable toilet, septic and residential customers throughout all G&G regions.

· The logistics coordinator is responsible for the dispatch of all orders to all field personnel for all G&G divisions.

· The logistics coordinator is responsible for planning orders to meet prescribed service dates and correct asset requirements.

· The logistics coordinator coordinates with customer service when prescribed schedules deviate from customer commitments.

· The logistics coordinator preferably has geographic knowledge of the Western North Dakota, Williston Basin, Southeastern Montana and the Black Hills, SD region but is not required.

· The logistics coordinator speaks to, coordinates, and supports all field team members throughout the day.

· The logistics coordinator coordinates with G&G field team members to ensure that asset services can be reached and achieved.

· The logistics coordinator will strive to achieve operational excellence and cost efficiencies through route creation and management.

· The logistics coordinator coordinates will monitor and the daily progress of field team members to jointly determine orders that potentially need to be assigned to the following business.

· The logistics coordinator will have ing responsibilities to include but not limited to data for the weekly KPI as well as team member incentives.

· The logistics coordinator will work closely with the customer team to ensure that customers are properly informed in the event of any deviation from agreed upon service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
