You will be responsible for all our internal recruitment requirements. You will manage the journey of all potential candidates from selection through the interview process to offer and feedback.
You will work with our design team to produce eye catching adverts and monitor all social media accounts for both applications and to resource potential applicants.
You will maintain all internal training and promotion processes for our current staff. You will organise, prepare and communicate all scheduled staff reviews and probation period reviews.
You will maintain a full set of company offer documents. To include offer letters, contracts of employment, staff handbooks and induction and training models. Ensuring that these documents are reviewed and updates when necessary.
Duties and responsibilities:
Review job applications and complete the screening process based on the job requirements
To develop and update Job/Person Specifications as required
To place adverts on a range of advertising mediums
Resourcing via social media platforms
Maintaining candidate pipeline for all current internal vacancies
To work closely with our design team to ensure a positive approach to advertising on job boards and social media platforms
To coordinate interviews, ensuring candidates receive timely communications and enjoy a positive experience
Managing the candidate journey from initial application through to feedback
To organise, facilitate and attend recruitment events such as Job Fairs and Careers Fairs
Ensure offer paperwork is authorised, processed, issued and returned
To enter successful candidate’s information onto our HR and payroll systems
Skills and experience:
A superfast learner, who can coordinate your workload effectively
To be flexible, adaptable and above all energetic in your approach
To be proactive, driven and be comfortable with minimal supervision
Experience of working with a HR or Recruitment team
Strong Administration skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office packages
Social media knowledge and experience is preferred
The role will be based in our head office in Adderbury, but travel to job fairs and recruitment events will be necessary to promote all our internal vacancies.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and the ability to manage and focus your attention to ensure we are able to secure and retain talented staff to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will ultimately be responsible all our internal recruitment.
The Offer:
We offer an extremely competitive basic salary. This will be based on your previous earnings and experience to ensure we are able to maintain salary expectations. The salary will band sits between £20k – £23k.
