Job Summary:
Contact current customers to verify profile and service details
Advise customers of opportunities to facilitate ease of administration
Assist customers with account set up on GFL’s on-line payment portal
Collaborate with sales representatives to address any customer concerns and see through to resolution.
Create updated service agreements and convey to customers for execution
Prompt and professional follow up to ensure all questions are answered and agreements are returned for processing
Report on targets and achievements
Allocate additional business opportunities to Account Managers based on customer needs
Perform other projects as needed.
Qualifications
Experience in a customer service role
Sales experience would be considered a strong asset.
Experience with waste and recycling services industries an asset
Comfortable working in Windows-based environments
Computer literate with proficient use of customer database systems and Excel
Enthusiastic self-starter with strong work ethic and a proven track record for success
Clean professional image and sense of pride that promotes a positive team spirit
Exceptional customer service and phone skills along with a strong sense of team
Excellent organizational, problem solving and time management skills
