Compensation Range:
$45,000 to $50,000 annually
Job Duties
Handle and manage all inbound and outbound customer calls and enquires and assist customers and vendors when needed.
Enter the call information into the appropriate calendar
Coordinate and dispatch as required
Responsible for work order creation and entry of work orders
Responsible for the quality control of all work orders
Confirm accuracy between system information and received paperwork
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and provide follow up as required
Create and track purchase orders for the division as well as identify issues with purchase orders
Manage all outbound claims commodities, including oil, glycol, plastics, filters.
Act and assist the Service Planner when back up is needed
Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Business administration diploma, certificate or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 – 2 years of accounting/administrative experience
Knowledge of industrial operations
Detail orientation for working with numbers and accuracy information
Strong computer literacy. Comfortable working with multiple systems including Microsoft office applications
Confidence in ability to work in a constant changing work environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proven interpersonal organizational analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Passion for working in a fast paced environment
