Work in collaboration with the leadership team on developing and executing comprehensive business strategies, sales, and marketing plans that complement the overall operating plan for business growth and retention.
Work in collaboration with the leadership team on developing the sales forecast and maintain accountability for sales goal achievement, including but not limited to respective key metrics and/or budget achievement.
Lead a sales team to include coaching, training, and evaluating employee performance; determine hiring, termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.
Assist in identifying acquisition candidates and participate in the acquisition and merging process with targeted businesses.
Monitor and analyze competitor’s pricing patterns as well as Company pricing.
Prepare and present market plans and competitive strategies to include pricing models and bid preparation.
Maintain thorough product knowledge of all lines of business and develop plans for new products, new product ideas and new services.
Conduct customer waste stream analysis and develop appropriate proposals and/or quotations.
Conform in all respects with applicable laws, regulations, ordinances, and other orders and to all company policies, procedures, and directives from supervisors.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a four (4) year university or college.
Five (5) or more years of full cycle sales experience in the industrial, waste, or rental industries; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three (3) to five (5) years of sales management experience leading a sales team.
Ability to travel up to 50% between Texas and Louisiana.
Valid state-issued driver’s license.
Possess a TWIC card or willing to obtain upon starting employment.
Microsoft Office experience.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
Physical/Mental Demands:
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach and lift in an office environment.
Must be able to use hands and fingers, kneel, talk, hear, climb, and balance.
Visual requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Ability to manually lift/move up to 10 pounds.
Ability to push/move up to 20 pounds occasionally.
Working Conditions:
Work involves extended periods of driving resulting in exposure to high vehicle traffic and extended periods of sitting.
Exposure to outdoor elements, unpleasant odors, exposure to fumes, dust, or uneven ground.
Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions of heat, cold and humidity.
Noise level is usually moderate but can become loud.
