Key Responsibilities:
Identify viable leads and acquire new business for the Construction line of business by prospecting, presenting and closing accounts within an assigned territory.
Maintain and retain existing customers by building long lasting business relationships.
Meet or exceed all sales call activity standards and monthly revenue goals established by Sales Manager.
Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Communicate to and work with the Sales Manager to resolve unique customer issues.
Manage account services through quality checks, site visits, and other follow-up. Identify and resolve client concerns.
Develop daily, monthly and yearly action plans and schedules to ensure all sales goals are met.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field and office activity in a timely manner.
Maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends to anticipate changing customer needs.
Maintain thorough knowledge of company’s available services per lines of business, pricing structure, and offer additional services specified by prospect.
Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
Build relationships and increase company visibility through participation in company sponsored activities, trade shows, Chamber of Commerce events, and similar activities.
Sell within the approved pricing guidelines and execute fees, including but not limited to delivery, environmental, fuel and paper fees.
Partner with operations team and customer service department to address customer needs.
Utilize Salesforce on a daily basis, scheduling and documenting all activities for new business opportunities and effective management of sales pipeline.
Prepare a variety of status s, including activity, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals in addition to quarterly business review presented to sales manager in team meeting.
Propose customer solutions that are compliant with appropriate local, state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Three (3) or more years’ experience of full cycle sales experience.
Microsoft Office experience.
CRM experience.
Valid state-issued driver’s license.

Ability to prioritize workload and meet time sensitive deadlines.
Physical/Mental Demands:
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach and lift in an office environment.
Must be able to use hands and fingers, kneel, talk, hear, climb and balance.
Visual requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Ability to manually lift/move up to 10 pounds.
Ability to push/move up to 20 pounds occasionally.
Working Conditions:
Operate in various environments which may include both in a professional setting and in field operations.
Exposure to outdoor elements, unpleasant odors, exposure to fumes, dust, or uneven ground.
