About the role

The Talent Pipelines advisor is a hands-on role focusing on partnering with key stakeholders to plan and execute the recruitment strategy for identified pipelines including potentially graduates, apprentices, vacationers, cadets and non-traditional pipelines. Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development and Talent Acquisition, you will be working across InfraBuild to identify roles for which there is a need to cultivate a pipeline of candidates. Your responsibilities will include:

• Design, build and implement a graduate program, coordinating tactical university relations activities
• Consult with the Business on their entry level talent requirements
• Engage stakeholders in the attraction and selection plan (fairs, presentations, assessment of candidates and onboarding)
• Plan and execute efficient and effective campus and other identified entry level recruitment campaigns
• Develop a recruitment plan and timeframe, incorporating resources required, what selection through to onboarding process will be, materials to support selection activities – and engage business stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive sourcing strategy encompassing employment branding and university relations – partner with OD to support building of employment value propositions
• Run the recruitment campaign including attraction strategy (fairs, advertising), candidate selection, candidate travel and offer partnering with the Talent Acquisition Team.

About your experience

This role would suit an individual who is looking to build on their experience in the HR and/ or Talent Acquisition. Ideally, you’ll also be able to demonstrate:

• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Tertiary qualified in relevant field
• Exposure to University relations or working with university staff
• A high degree of teamwork and a willingness to work co-operatively with other across the organisation to achieve common goals
• A high degree of Customer Focus
• A rigorous approach to work to ensure high standards are set and met
• Outstanding planning and organisation skills.
