Customer Experience Trainer Duties:
Facilitate and lead training program to new hire class.
Manage, design and deliver effective training programs for new hire class, refresher programs and application training
Coordinate training schedules collaboratively with Call Center Management
Work closely with Call Center Management and Recruitment Specialist in designing product-training curriculum
Gather feedback from Call Center Management to ensure that training needs are met
Develop and review course outlines and other materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency of language, format and styles
Provide ongoing support, guidance and consultation to new hires
Research variety of engaging and instructional techniques which promote professional development within a high-quality learning environment, execute new processes to help enhance current programs
Ensure modules and course materials are available and maintained for distribution to all staff including new hires
Evaluate new hire progress and ensure all progress is documented day by day and communicated with management and recruitment specialist.
Participate in special projects involving the introduction of new applications and/or application upgrades.
Collaborate with other departments within the company to identify and recommend process improvements
We are looking for the following skills and experience:
Training experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
University Degree or College Diploma
Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of Applications.
Tech Savvy
Call Center Experience is a huge plus
Exceptional Presentation Skills
Personable team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adapt, educate and provide support to a varying range of skill levels, learning styles and personalities
Essential skills include excellent organization skills, attention to detail, time management and the ability to seamlessly shift between competing priorities
