As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving top-line revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. Your main responsibility will be to provide leadership and expertise in sales and marketing, supporting the property team goals. Collaborating with the directors of sales & marketing and directors of revenue management, you will strategize, analyze, and allocate resources to gain market share and achieve the adjusted gross operating profit budget. Additionally, you will closely work with the Vice President of Operations to direct sales, marketing, and revenue resources, ensuring the fulfillment of ownership expectations and financial success.

This role will require candidates to have traditional hotel sales experience at the above property level.
