Your mandates will be to:

• Answer calls from potential clients, identify needs and make an offer adapted to their lifestyle.
• Make outbound calls to promote products and services to potential clients who have shown an interest and position yourself as an expert sales consultant.
• Provide exceptional customer care and service to answer questions and find solutions.
• Make calls to customers to follow up on a file or make a courtesy call.
• Establish a climate of trust conducive to building customer loyalty.

What we are looking for:

• A perfect command of French, English an asset.
• Dynamism, diplomacy, thoroughness and good listening skills, because the most important thing is the quality of customer service!
• A smile in your voice. This is the secret to establishing a good customer relationship.
• Experience in the field is an asset.
• Ability to navigate different software and computer applications.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
• Required availability: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
