We’re looking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our ambitious growth plans. As part of our growing in-house team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment for our UK office and our Global growth plans.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide support across various business functions, playing a key role in delivering an amazing candidate experience

Responsibilities

• Support HR, business leaders and hiring managers to assess their current and future talent requirements
• Attract and source the best qualified candidates from various channels and networks
• Support internal talent moves and initiatives
• Identify opportunities to build our employer brand
• Supporting in all first stage screenings or interviews, ensuring a thorough evaluation of all candidate’s background and fit for our career opportunities
• Advising on the best hiring strategy and delivering consistently to the business in line with our core values;

Requirements:

• Proven experience of working in a fast-paced in-house or agency recruitment setting
• Ability to find candidates through non-recruitment agency channels
• Experience of interviewing across a range of functions
• Experience of improving current recruitment infrastructure such as reporting, working on D&I initiatives, employer branding etc
• Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System (we use Comeet)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders and candidates across all levels
• Ability to identify and leverage data to drive and influence decisions
• Self-motivated, resilient with excellent learning agility
• Passion for talent acquisition and candidate experience
• Proven ability of hands-on delivery in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Humble, self-motivated, with a self-starter attitude
