Gett Hiring for Talent Acquisition Partner Job at London, England Full Time

We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner who can not only support our day-to-day recruitment for Gett, but also support us with recruitment / talent acquisition based initiatives to improve how we Gett things done.

You will be the ‘recruitment team’ for the UK and as such will need to be the subject matter expert for all things recruitment and be happy to work on recruitment / talent initiatives autonomously. Having said that, you will be an important part of a great UK & Global HR team.

Responsible for looking after a variety of roles, you should be comfortable recruiting anything from Customer Service to Senior Finance and understand the subtleties of how to approach different roles with a variety of stakeholders up to CEO. You’ll have full ownership of the Talent Acquisition process from sourcing & interviewing through to verbal offer & 90 day reviews.

Interviewing will take up a key part of this role and the expectations are that all candidates being interviewed by hiring managers will have been screened and had a HR interview conducted by yourself. We are a direct first business but you will be comfortable working with recruitment partners to ensure we are targeting the best talent available.

We are looking to improve all of the time so the ability to develop our recruitment capability to the business is key to the role’s success. You’ll have the ability to be involved with improving how we report our metrics, develop Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, support on growing our employer brand and a whole load more; so being able to keep recruitment moving and working on projects simultaneously will be a key strength.

Requirements

Essential

• Successful recruitment agency or inhouse talent acquisition experience
• Experience in using a variety direct sourcing methods to find talent (LinkedIn recruiter, Boolean, x-ray search, network & maximising internal referrals)
• Recruited a wide variety of roles by both level and function
• Proactive & able to juggle priorities
• Positive approach and enthusiasm to deliver excellent service to a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally
• Passionate about a great candidate experience
• Team player – you’re joining a great HR team!

Desirable

• Experience with the Googlesuite
• Experience with Comeet ATS
• Experience with a fast paced SaaS business
