Key Responsibilities
Answer Inbound Calls: Handle heavy inbound calls from patients and members with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule appointments, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.
Issue Resolution: Resolve complex issues related to members’ healthcare plans, ensuring satisfaction and clarity.
Exceptional Service: Deliver exceptional and timely customer service, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and empathy.
Required Experience
Call Center Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment, preferably with scheduling appointments, receptionist, or inbound call experience.
Computer Proficiency: Minimum of 1 year experience working on a computer, navigating multiple applications and programs.
Education: High School Diploma is required.
