Job Overview
As a Healthcare Recruiter , you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, recruiting, and placing a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, physical therapists, CNAs, CRNAs, occupational therapists, and more. Your responsibilities will span both permanent and temporary positions, covering full-time roles, part-time opportunities, and travel assignments. This role demands an exceptional understanding of the medical field and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Vendor Management Systems (VMS), MSP, and RPO contracts.
Responsibilities
Leverage Expertise: Utilize your extensive medical knowledge to attract top talent and stay updated with healthcare industry trends.
Strategic Recruitment: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to tailor effective recruitment strategies that meet their specific staffing needs.
Thorough Screening: Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews to ensure a seamless fit between candidates and job requirements.
End-to-End Management: Take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout.
Multi-Channel Sourcing: Employ a variety of recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify outstanding candidates.
Data Maintenance: Keep candidate records in ATS and VMS systems accurate and up-to-date.
Negotiations: Skillfully negotiate compensation packages and present offers to successful candidates.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals and industry contacts to expand the candidate pool.
Stay Informed: Remain current with healthcare industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter, ideally with at least [X years] of successful placements in the healthcare industry.
Medical Expertise: Profound knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare roles, facilitating effective communication with healthcare professionals.
Systems Mastery: Familiarity with ATS, VMS, MSP, and RPO systems, with the ability to maximize their use for recruitment.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities for securing successful placements.
Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Compensation
Base Salary: Commission-Only
Commission Structure: Enjoy unlimited earning potential with on-target earnings of $120,000 annually.
