Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be instrumental in enrolling new patients into our Remote Patient Monitoring programs. Your primary responsibilities include:
Engaging with new patients, explaining the value of our programs, and securing their enrollment.
Collaborating with care coordinators and nursing staff to deliver seamless enrollment services.
Monitoring patients with chronic conditions, ensuring adherence to treatment plans, and providing progress updates.
Acting as a liaison between patients, families, healthcare providers, and community resources.
Facilitating the use of our digital tools and devices for patients, enhancing their management of medical conditions.

You are detail-oriented, with stellar time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
You value precision in your work, especially regarding patient documentation and adherence to healthcare guidelines.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
Outstanding communication skills in English, with additional languages being a plus.
Proficiency with digital healthcare platforms, particularly in Remote Patient Monitoring and Chronic Care Management.
A background in medical assistance is preferred, though not mandatory.
Work Hours & Benefits
This role requires availability during Eastern Standard Time business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday). Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, a referral program, and stock options after a qualifying period.
