Role Overview
As a Clinical Support Services Agent, your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming calls, collect vital information, and communicate effectively with clinicians. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient process for those in need.

What You Bring To The Table

A quiet, private home office setup with high-speed internet access.
Availability for evening and weekend shifts, including holidays (overtime compensated).
