Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service, focusing on client needs
Assist with status updates and detailed information regarding disability and FMLA paperwork
Maintain accurate, detailed notes and records
Respond quickly to customer communications
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service
Uphold company policies, guidelines, and procedures
Perform Data Entry And Other Administrative Tasks As Required
Stay up to date with emails and meet daily performance goals
Qualifications
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
1+ year of experience in a call center environment
Proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing, and time management
Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
Fast typing skills (50 WPM minimum)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
Previous experience in the medical industry is preferred but not mandatory

Working Conditions
This is a full-time, remote position with a standard Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift schedule.
