Responsibilities:
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers and the Sales department. Your day-to-day tasks will encompass various aspects of customer service, from initial contact (via phone and email) through to order fulfillment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Engaging with customers to provide accurate pricing and delivery information promptly.
Creating and managing customer quotations and orders using our ERP system (IFS).
Sending out essential documents such as customer confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices.
Proactively expediting customer orders and addressing any concerns they might have with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess:
Strong written and oral communication skills, ensuring effective interaction with customers.
Proficient computer skills; experience with an ERP system is advantageous.
Knowledge of international customer interactions would be a valuable asset.
