Ideal Candidate Profile

The Ideal Candidate Possesses

A High School Diploma or equivalent

1 – 2 years of prior customer service experience using multiple computer systems

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, work within timeframes, and meet deadlines

Self-motivation and attention to detail

Capacity to recognize and maintain confidentiality

Aptitude to communicate in a professional and pleasant manner
