We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to become an integral part of our dynamic team. Although our roots are in the heart of downtown Tampa, this role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a crucial role in addressing their inquiries and concerns. Whether it’s through emails, phone calls, or live chat, your mission is to provide timely, efficient, and empathetic support, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to customer emails, providing clear and helpful solutions to their inquiries and issues.
Handle approximately 30-45 customer calls daily, offering assistance and resolving queries related to order tracking, package errors, and more.
Utilize live chat to offer instant support, enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement.
Escalate complex issues to the Supervisor when necessary, ensuring all customer concerns are addressed promptly.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency as the frontline representative of our company.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in customer service, both over the phone and in writing.
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Excel and MS Office Suite (or Google Docs/Sheets).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer issues effectively.
A polite, patient, and customer-focused approach.
Keen interest in long-term growth and development within our company.
Previous experience in a phone-based or call center role is advantageous.
