What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the Medicare Appeal process by:
Handling incoming calls with a focus on resolving inquiries and complaints efficiently while adhering to our high standards and procedures.
Developing a thorough understanding of our policies, services, and operational procedures to provide accurate information and support to our customers.
Managing data entry tasks with precision, ensuring timely updates and information retrieval through our automated systems.
Engaging with a diverse clientele, including hospitals, physicians, and beneficiaries, to resolve issues and serve as a bridge between them and our review supervisors.
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and taking proactive steps to exceed our call volume and service level expectations.

Your Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting related to healthcare.
(Preferred) Experience in a medical office setting, with a general understanding of eligibility verification and knowledge of CPT and HCPCS codes.
