Requirements And Skills
Proven experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative, with a demonstrated track record of exceeding performance targets.
Exceptional Phone Handling Skills Combined With Active Listening Abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and best practices.
Customer-centric mindset with the flexibility to adapt to diverse personalities and situations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for effective presentation.
