Responsibilities
Patient Care Liaison: Be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for patients seeking home healthcare services.
Inbound Communication: Receive and respond to incoming calls from healthcare providers, referral sources, and potential patients.
Patient Information Review: Thoroughly review patient history as necessary to provide accurate and personalized assistance.
Information Verification: Verify patient membership and ensure that accurate clinical and demographic information is collected and entered into the client’s secure patient portal.
Appointment Scheduling: Assist patients in setting appointments, demonstrating a commitment to their healthcare journey.
Technical Support: Provide necessary technical support to ensure a seamless experience for both patients and healthcare providers.
Qualifications
Availability: Commit to at least 20 hours per week, with the flexibility to set your own schedule within our operating hours.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with patients, providers, and team members.
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail is essential for accurately reviewing and entering patient information.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating and providing support through various technical platforms.
Compensation
