Responsibilities
Conduct outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payments on their accounts.
Maintain communication with managers for tips and feedback, enhancing your performance.
Provide customers with knowledgeable answers, utilizing scripted customer feedback for effective responses.
Qualifications
Prior customer service experience, with success in roles such as retail, sales, and wait staff.
Access to a quiet home office space and reliable internet connection.
GED or High School Diploma.
Efficient keyboard skills for quick customer note-taking.
Work Schedule
Operations seven days a week with flexible scheduling options.
Consistent week-to-week schedules for better planning.
Both full-time and part-time hours available.
