Job Components And Primary Responsibilities
Provide concierge and white-glove level service, offering end-to-end resolution for customers.
Serve as a dedicated point of contact for customers, establishing strong relationships to provide ongoing support.
Take ownership of customer problems, resolving issues in real-time or through comprehensive and timely follow-up.
Research complex issues across multiple databases, collaborating with support resources to ensure resolution and anticipate future healthcare needs.
Respond to and manage consumer inquiries and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Conduct proactive research on assigned member accounts to identify and address service issues.
Identify process gaps and collaborate with other departments for continuous process improvement.
Provide education and status updates on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests.
Meet performance goals in efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and attendance.
