Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in facilitating phone contact with patients to collect payments for medical bills on behalf of our clients. Operating in a fast-paced virtual call center environment, you will establish connections with customers, negotiate payment terms, and set up arrangements to efficiently collect account receivables.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding patient service on behalf of our esteemed clients.

Contact patients via telephone to facilitate payment collection for medical bills.

Communicate accurate information to patients in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

Review patient accounts, document interactions, and gather valuable feedback.

Negotiate appropriate and reasonable payments with customers.

Set up patient payments through various methods, including checks, electronic transfers, or credit cards.

Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

Meet or exceed established goals for performance.

Collaborate closely with team leads, management, and clients to resolve disputes and ensure patient satisfaction.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
