What We’re Looking For

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience: Call center experience is preferred

Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities

Proficiency: Ability to handle a high volume of calls, adept at working with computers, and skilled in data entry

What You Will Be Doing

Answer incoming phone calls from patients

Accurately enter new patient information into our company computer system, including details such as name, address, diagnosis, referring physician, product requirements, and insurance information

Facilitate the acquisition of written orders from physicians, verifying insurance coverage, and generating orders

Ensure that patients and referral sources are kept informed of the status of their orders

Perform daily processing of purchase order exception s

Location & Schedule:

Address: 26834 Lawrence Ave, Center Line, MI 48015

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Remote/Hybrid Terms

Initial Training: Must be conducted on-site

Work Schedule: Hybrid, involving 3 days in the office and 2 days from the comfort of your home
