Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses:

A High School Diploma or equivalent

1 – 2 years of prior customer service experience using multiple computer systems

The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and stay self-motivated and detail-oriented

A commitment to maintaining confidentiality

Excellent communication skills, displaying professionalism and a pleasant demeanor
