Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our remote customer service team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality customer service solutions. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring accurate and timely communication while upholding the values and policies of AnswerNet.
Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions
Manage large volumes of inbound calls and conduct consistent outbound calls.
Identify and address customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information using the tools provided.
Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas.
Handle customer complaints effectively, providing solutions and alternatives.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Demonstrate a customer-centric approach and go the extra mile to engage customers.
Required Knowledge /Skills / Abilities / Qualifications
Proven customer support or client service experience.
Track record of exceeding quotas.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficient in typing and computer literate.
Solution-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and quick adaptability to new software.
Flexibility with scheduling and work hours.
Minimum One Year Of Previous High-volume Call Center Experience.
Experience working with an automatic dialer.
Pleasant phone demeanor.
Experience in both inbound and outbound environments.
WAH (Work At Home) Requirements
PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10.
Hardwired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable).
USB-connected headset.
Webcam.
Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, including pets and children.
