Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative with us during our exciting period of growth, you’ll be an essential part of a team making a positive impact. This role offers fantastic opportunities for growth and exposure to various business areas.
Responsibilities Include
Contributing positively as a team member towards our shared company objectives.
Upholding department standards for quality and productivity.
Utilizing tools and technology efficiently to resolve customer inquiries.

What You Bring
A High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 – 2 years of customer service experience, with proficiency in using multiple computer systems.
Independent work skills alongside the ability to collaborate with a team.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines.
Respect for confidentiality and professional communication skills.
