Position Overview
We are in search of an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to become a key player in our customer support team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume environment and enjoys the satisfaction of ticking tasks off their list. Our ideal candidate is customer-focused, enjoys solving problems in real-time, and is adept at juggling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer service calls and emails, providing timely solutions or escalating issues as needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and queries.
Proactively address customer complaints, ensuring timely escalation when necessary.
Liaise with appropriate departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Accurately enter customer information and manage account setups across various software systems.
Process customer refunds promptly and accurately.
Manage and track hardware service requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting is preferred.
A knack for transactional work and a methodical approach to task management.
A strong passion for customer service and a knack for finding immediate solutions.
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
