GetIt Recruit – Administrative Hiring for Customer Service Representative – Remote at Buffalo, NY Full Time

In this rewarding role, you will help our valued clients navigate the enrollment process and make updates to their healthcare and pension plans.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the freedom to provide the highest level of service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Building strong rapport with customers, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and webchat in a compassionate and respectful manner.

Customizing your customer service approach to meet diverse communication styles and personalities.

Handling confidential information with sensitivity and discretion, adhering to HIPAA and Data Privacy laws.

Translating complex health, welfare, and pension terms into simple explanations that customers can understand.

Reading and understanding clients’ plan documents and knowledgebase tools to provide accurate and timely information to customers.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.

Previous Experience In Customer Service Or Call Center Preferred.

Fluency in English required; proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus (Bilingual candidates will receive an additional $0.75 per hour).

Must be local for initial equipment pickup and occasional onsite meetings or major projects.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, no weekend shifts!

Flexible 8-hour shifts between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m., with occasional early morning shifts for west coast roles.
