Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by engaging with customers, collaborating with our sales and service teams, and handling various pre-sales and post-sales service tasks. Your expertise will guide you in determining the best approach to tasks and addressing any issues that may arise within your working area.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing general inquiries related to pricing, products, scheduling, and more.

Order Processing: Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, demonstrating a commitment to fast and error-free service.

Issue Resolution: Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries, providing prompt and precise solutions to promote customer loyalty.

Analysis: Use your professional knowledge to analyze abnormalities and identify their root causes, taking proactive steps to remedy them.

Remote Work: This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional phone work as needed.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or equivalent experience, if applicable.
