Position Overview

Qualifications

Minimum age requirement: 18 years

Successful completion of a skills assessment and background check

1-3 years of relevant work experience

Strong phone etiquette, along with exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize tasks

Access to a computer device

Headset or headphones with a microphone attachment

Reliable and high-speed internet connection

A dedicated and quiet work environment

This Is a 1099 Independent Contractor Position

Upon applying at Resolution Core, you will receive orientation, providing an overview of the position and addressing any questions you may have. Following orientation, you will proceed with registration, which includes a background check and skills assessment. Upon approval, you will select a company to work with and undergo a training period. After certification, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and start earning. We are available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, to provide assistance and answer any questions you may have!
