Key Responsibilities

Resolve customer service issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members for efficient inquiry resolution.
Document all customer interactions comprehensively, with follow-ups as necessary.
Stay informed on the latest company policies and procedures to offer precise information.
Qualifications
Undertake additional administrative duties as required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Competence in various computer programs and systems.
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Flexible to work a full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
