Excellent customer service skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer skills
Familiarity with medical terminology
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Assist in activities related to the medical and psychological aspects of utilization and coordinated care
Conduct outreach via telephone to assigned members daily
Maintain and update an Excel spreadsheet with member assignments
Maintain consistent communication with supervisor
Document each phone call in Virtual Health
Performance Expectations
Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls
Proficient knowledge of medical terminology
Reliable home internet with a dedicated workspace (hardwired internet connection required due to HIPAA)
Complete 80-120 phone calls per day to the Medicare population
Achieve 100% compliance with all assigned members
Maintain an engagement rate of 80% or more monthly
No time off permitted in the first 90 days, unless pre-planned during the interview
Maintain an audit score of a minimum of 90%
Complete 600 member interactions per month (30 new members daily assigned)
