Position Summary
As a Remote Customer Service/Call Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in our mission by responding to and following up on alarm activities. This is a remote position with classroom and on-the-job training held at our Manasquan, NJ location. Join us and contribute to the safety and security of our customers.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Verify, respond to, and dispatch emergency signals.
Answer incoming calls and handle alarm verification and dispatch.
Work under close supervision during the initial 30 days.
Stay updated on organizational goals and policies.
Meet minimum productivity and quality standards.
Notify customers of non-emergency signals and responders on emergency signals post-dispatch.
Process basic data changes to customer accounts.
Requirements
Knowledge:
Familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office applications, and the internet.
Understanding of company policies, procedures, guidelines, and practices.
Skills
Self-motivated and professional attitude.
Excellent communication, listening, and team-building skills.
Strong decision-making skills, organizational, and detail-oriented.
Proficiency with personal computer, keyboard, fax machine, copy machine, and telephone.

Physical Demands
Ability to stand, walk, sit, twist, use hands, push, pull, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
Occasional exposure to the risk of electrical shock.
Moderate noise level in the work environment.
Normal office environment.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
One to three months related experience or related training/certification preferred.

Competitive hourly rate of $17.49.
