The Defined Term Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will work with the Hiring Managers, Human Resources Business Partners and Leadership, and lead the recruiting activities to hire top talent for full-time and contract positions. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will develop and sustain effective methods to identify, source, and mobilize the most qualified candidates, and ensure the company always has a pipeline of talent for critical positions. This position is also responsible for supporting the EEO commitments made in AAP plans and execute pro-active recruiting to achieve AAP goals and objectives. In addition, ensure appropriate behavioral interview questions are utilized in the interview process. Support roles for Quality, Regulatory and Development, Manufacturing and other corporate functions for all locations in North America, including New Hampshire, Colorado, New Jersey, and California.

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage the entire recruitment process and develop appropriate job ads and campaigns.
• Ensure alignment and best in class recruitment strategies, and execute sourcing to identify qualified candidates for interviews in a timely and cost efficient manner.
• Analyze market signals/trends, candidate behavior and advances in technology related to recruitment for medical device industry positions for all Americas.
• Partner with hiring managers to fill open positions and implement best practice hiring methods which screen and interview candidates by evaluating the candidates job experience, education, skills, training, organizational fit, and future potential.
• Continuously develop business knowledge and acumen of company and departmental objectives, industry and corporate challenges and current market dynamics.
• Effectively coach hiring managers on interview and selection process.
• Contribute to successful development and usage of Talent Acquisition technology platforms.
• Deliver best in class recruiting experience to Hiring Managers and candidates throughout the recruiting life cycle in line with corporate objectives.
• Develop and implement organizational marketing strategies and proactive sourcing methods to find top talent by leveraging multiple recruiting channels including sourcing on the internet, cold calling, social media, local colleges, and internal employee referrals to source candidates that meet the candidate profile.
• Manage assigned jobs in our applicant tracking system ensuring all applicants are moved correctly and in a timely manner to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and the easy retrieval of prospective candidate information for recruiting purposes.
• Report status on requisitions and metrics and ensure timely feedback and follow-up is provided to candidates and Hiring Managers.
• Follow all work/quality procedures to ensure quality system compliance and high quality work.
• Participate in talent acquisition projects and/or other related duties as appropriate.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Expert level of knowledge in talent acquisition and recruitment digital/ATS platforms.
• Excellent coaching, negotiation, customer service, and influencing management skills.
• Strong computer skills with experience using an applicant tracking system, electronic job boards, social media, and MS Office.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and tools.
• Strong team player with experience building and sustaining relationships.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business management, or other related field and/or combination of education and related experience is required.
• Five plus years corporate and full cycle talent acquisition experience for all levels of professional, technical, and remote positions is required. This experience must include direct and indirect sourcing, screening and interviewing, management coaching for candidate selection, and development and presentation of employment offers.
• Five plus years of recruitment experience for a medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical industries, or regulated manufacturer is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in the ability to manage, influence and challenge all levels of management.
• Must ensure compliance with employment laws, EEO and AAP policies and procedures. Solid understanding of EEO and AAP regulations and experience of ensuring compliance to these.
• Knowledge of and experience using recruitment and digital tools such as an applicant tracking system (Success Factors), electronic job boards (Indeed, MedReps), social media (LinkedIn, Twitter), and the ability to proactively source and mobilize relevant candidates.
• Experience supporting teams in remote locations and leading interview and training sessions.
• Travel: ability and willingness to travel locally and nationally to support recruitment and HR related activities (approximately 10%).
