SUMMARY
The Spiffy People Operations team is excited to announce we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team! The Talent Acquisition Manager will work directly with the Chief People Officer to strategize and understand best hiring practices needed to maintain weekly volume needed. This high-level contributor will work with the CPO and Talent Acquisition Team to ensure all priority requisitions for the week are posted and have a pipeline. The ideal candidate will lead the talent acquisition team to meet needs and goals, while maintaining a supportive and encouraging culture. This position is located in Durham, NC and in-person attendance is required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own recruiting process for corporate and senior level operations roles

Be responsible and oversee the recruiting process including, but not limited to: posting, sourcing, screening, hiring and onboarding

Collaborate and support the Chief People Officer on maintaining weekly recruiting numbers to hit internal weekly goal

Coach, develop and promote the growth of our talent acquisition team

Responsible for maintaining effective communication on recruiting strategies, needs, and forecasting with Spiffy Operations Leadership across the United States

Using data, s and insights to better understand our recruiting metrics

Maintain accounts and budget used for hiring
MUST HAVES:
-
Willingness to work at Spiffy HQ located in Durham, NC (3 days per week required)

Bachelor’s degree or appropriate certification in related business area from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

Must have minimum 3-5 years full-cycle recruiting experience, automotive experience a plus

Experience in leading, managing and coaching a team

Proven experience with applicant tracking systems, social media recruiting, and building relationships to facilitate a successful recruitment program

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while working in a fast-paced environment
