Your Mission
As a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, ensuring our customers’ needs are met promptly and efficiently. You’ll coordinate with our team of skilled technicians, ensuring they’re equipped and ready to provide exceptional service with every visit.
What You’ll Do
Manage Schedules: Keep our technicians on track by maintaining their schedules and adjusting as needed.
Coordinate Service Calls: Schedule appointments, manage work orders, and handle warranty requests with precision.
