The Opportunity

Responsibilities

Safety First: Foster a strong safety culture across the organization.

Leadership: Provide guidance to our regional managers and supervisors, ensuring top-notch operations and support.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders on operational decisions, strategic goals, and growth initiatives.

Customer Focus: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to deliver exceptional service and build customer loyalty.

Financial Oversight: Review financial data and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.

Innovation: Drive strategic growth initiatives, working closely with engineering and finance teams on capital planning projects.

Requirements

Experience: 10+ years in an operations environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in oil & gas, compression, or transportation logistics is advantageous.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership with a proven track record of managing diverse teams.

Safety Focus: Demonstrated performance in promoting a strong health, safety, and environment (HSE) culture.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Travel: Willingness to travel throughout the US and Canada as required.
