As a seasoned IT professional, you bring valuable experience from the consulting realm within an MSP environment. Your expertise lies in managing and supporting small to medium-sized clients, distinguishing you through your adeptness in key client relationship characteristics – from effective communication to the seamless management of client support tickets, projects, schedules, and KPIs. Your proven track record includes direct engagement and ownership of client relationships, showcasing your ability to evaluate customer needs and collaborate with internal engineering teams to deliver optimal solutions.
The Role
This position offers the flexibility of remote work or at our corporate headquarters in Milpitas, CA. The Client Success Manager is tasked with understanding our customer’s IT needs and cultivating a robust relationship with them. Your role involves analyzing detailed data and providing recommendations based on your profound understanding of the processes, people, and systems in play. Identifying problematic areas, you’ll collaborate with internal engineering teams to implement strategic solutions, ensuring the security and efficiency of the customer’s IT infrastructure align with organizational policies. As the customer’s primary point of contact for all support services (desktop, network, and systems), your positive professional disposition will champion client success across all levels of the organization. Your job scope will flexibly adapt to meet the dynamic needs of the customer’s business.
Minimum Required Qualifications
6-11 years of experience (preferably 4+ years with a premier Business or Technology consulting company)
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or 5+ years of equivalent experience
Experience with ticketing and quotation applications (e.g., ConnectWise, QuoteWerks, or similar)
Technical management and information analysis expertise, including computer hardware/software systems
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, and Intranet
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment
Sound decision-making, initiative, and a positive attitude
Attention to detail and high accuracy in job duties
Maintain organized documentation on file servers systematically
Excellent overall communication skills, delivering a high level of customer service
Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with customers, internal teams, vendors, or other stakeholders
Ability to perform effectively under pressure
Nice To Have
Proven track record of building/maintaining client relationships
Strong data, CRM, cloud, or digital project experience
Demonstrated adaptability – Ability to drive forward in ambiguous environments
Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., Fin Serv, Healthcare, Life Sciences)
