Responsibilities
As the Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be responsible for quickly building strong relationships with your assigned customers to identify opportunities and convert them into actionable solutions. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for your customers and collaborate closely with engineering teams, sales, and various internal and external stakeholders to provide support. Your responsibilities include:
Establishing and maintaining trusted and strategic advisor relationships with key MDR Security customer stakeholders.
Capturing and anticipating customer needs, changes, and scope of objectives throughout the initial delivery and ongoing support of MDR operations.
Developing success criteria and plans to present measurable trends and outcomes to clients on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Analyzing unique issues and delivering effective customer solutions.
Acting as an escalation point with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and address service questions.
Effective communication with a variety of stakeholders using appropriate methods.
Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations within the Michigan area, with minimal additional travel.
Preferred Experience With Salesforce And/or Gainsight.
Expertise in MS Office Suite for creating s, presentations, and project plans.
Preferred Experience With Google Workplace.
Knowledge and Skills:
Extensive experience managing complex security and MDR programs/services, including SIEM and IDS/IPS systems.
Strong understanding and knowledge of Microsoft 365 Defender and its related products and solutions.
Proven success in MDR technical client relationship management, security consulting, support, or similar roles.
Certification as a Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
Certification as an Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent.
Excellent ability to lead conversations at senior and executive management levels.
Positive attitude and a passion for customer assistance and trust-building.
Strong organizational and methodical skills, with a commitment to meeting customer expectations and deadlines.
