As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for clients who regularly ship goods, guiding them through the use of our premier shipping platform. • Location**: Palm Harbor (Onsite position, remote work not available)
• Core Responsibilities**:
• Manage a high volume of calls, prioritizing exceptional service.
• Deliver clear, researched, and informed responses to resolve customer inquiries promptly.
• Provide empathetic reassurance to clients, exploring options and implementing solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Introduce and explain the benefits of new service features to clients.
• Accurately record and update client information, overseeing the shipment process from start to finish.
• Act as a liaison between sales and clients, ensuring seamless communication.
