Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries, providing information about our products and services.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Support order processing, including order entry and shipment tracking.
Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty.
Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and current information to customers.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in customer service or a related role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in customer service software, databases, and tools.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
