Position Details
Class Starts: October 23, 2023
Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM (Mountain Time)
Anticipated Shift After Training: 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, including some weekends and holidays
Location: Work from home, must reside within 50 miles of Midvale, UT
Remote Work Requirements: Maintain a safe, secure, ergonomic work environment free of interruptions. Responsible for internet setup and support (Minimum 3 Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload speed, physical cable plug-in connection).

Job Summary
You’ll have the opportunity to serve guests from around the world as they embark on their travel journey. Your mission is to create an effortless experience, build raving brand fans, and assist guests with questions about property facilities, services, and room accommodations. You’ll support our vision of becoming the world’s favorite travel company by handling incoming contacts for various Marriott brands through voice, email, and chat channels.
Responsibilities
Process reservation requests and provide basic loyalty and customer care support.
Identify guest reservation needs and utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue.
Ensure compliance with booking rules, loyalty guidelines, and case management.
Provide exceptional customer support by assisting in issue resolution and maintaining open communication with Marriott properties, company contacts, and third parties.
