Get It Recruit – Hospitality Hiring for Call Center Support Agents – Remote | WFH at Lakewood, CO Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Field incoming calls from clients and place orders based on their requests, which may involve multiple transactions per call. Process orders accurately using our order entry software system.
• Monitor inbox and respond to client emails in a timely, friendly manner.
• Verify shipment tracking information and follow up on any issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle credit card payments securely and process transactions.
• Interview clients kindly over the phone to get all necessary information to complete their order accurately.
• Navigate vendor websites smoothly to find product guides, manuals and other important details.
• Assist clients over the phone by walking them through our order entry software screens and workflows.
• Provide guidance to clients on ordering procedures, technical issues, problem resolution and any other questions they may have.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience in a customer service role, such as retail, hospitality, call center, etc.
• Friendly, patient and professional manner.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office, data entry and email.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem solving abilities.
